Shipping

So Pretty ships internationally and uses Australia Post  for these deliveries.  Orders to certain countries that are notoriously unreliable for a safe delivery will not be accepted.   Standard delivery time for International orders is 7-10 business days but obviously variations do occur either way.

For Australian orders, a single shower cap is posted using Australia post.  Delivery time for Australia post can be up to five business days.  When two or more shower caps are purchased, delivery is upgraded to a Courier service.  Courier pickup days for So Pretty are Monday, Wednesday and Friday for an overnight delivery service, with cut off time being approximately noon WA time on these days. 

I offer a Gift Shipping option where you are able to select products and have me post them directly for you to any location.  This can be to an unlimited  number of destinations, not just one transaction per order.  Save yourself time and double handling at no extra cost for this service other than the relevant postage ...I do the rest, even include a card with a message from you if you wish!

Air Mail with Tracking  $25.00

If you do not opt for Registered Post (Australia), or Air Mail with tracking (International), I will not be responsible for lost or outstanding deliveries.  It is rare that packages go astray, but stressful when they do!

I will always contact you to notify of when your order will be despatched. Typically this is within 24hrs or less of your order being placed, or the nearest business day.
